Kitty Glitter makes a glitter eyeliner with a sifter dispenser that includes a powder puff. The issue with the dispenser pots is that it is hard to get just a little glitter out of the pot at a time, making a mess on your vanity. Once you do manage to dispense the right amount and apply it, the slightly gritty glitter flakes and spreads readily all over your face. If it was your intent to use this product on your shoulders and chest, the flaking and spreading may be less of an issue. Cake Eyeliner is a good option for those who prefer to use the wet-to-dry powder liner technique. When applied wet, the powder goes on smoothly and quickly sets to a matte finish. This product scores well on longevity and does not flake or smudge; however, to apply Cake Eyeliner you need an eyeliner brush or similar tool.
